These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cove, a voice-based AI wellness companion operated by Cove Support, Inc. ("Cove," "we," "our"). By using Cove, you agree to these Terms.

Cove is an AI-powered voice companion that provides emotional support, helps you practice therapeutic techniques, and tracks your wellness between therapy sessions.
Cove is not:
Cove's responses are for informational and supportive purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Cove. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
All plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us within 30 days at [email protected] and we'll make it right.

Cove is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency:
Cove includes automated crisis detection. If Cove detects crisis-level distress, it will provide emergency resources and may, with your prior consent, notify your therapist.
If you choose to enable therapist integration:
Cove and its technology, design, and content are owned by Cove Support, Inc. Your conversations belong to you. We claim no ownership over your words.
Cove is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance via email or during a Cove call. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
